What materials do you use for your jewelry?
The pieces are handcrafted using high-quality materials, including stainless steel, brass, copper, hypoallergenic aluminum and per request for custom work sterling silver and or rose gold are also options. All of the materials are durable and tarnish free except brass materials, ensuring long-lasting wear.
Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes! Most of the pieces are crafted with stainless steel and aluminum, which are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Brass however is not hypo-allergenic, as it may contain nickel in it. Choose the option for sterling silver earring hooks as applied for sensitive ears.
How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
- Gently clean with mild soap and warm water, then pat dry.
- Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, like perfumes or cleaning products.
- Store in a dry place when not in use to prevent discoloration especially with brass
Do you offer repairs?
Yes! I have a Life Time Warranty Policy which means you may return your damaged jewelry for a tune-up at any point, free of charge except for the return shipping fee. I will provide free shipping on my end.

How long does it take to create my order?
Since each item is handmade, production times vary. Typically
- Every order is made to order [4-7 business days].
- Custom orders: [7-14 business days], depending on the complexity.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! I love bringing your vision to life through custom chainmail designs. Whether it’s a unique pattern, size, or material, simply reach out via [custom order form/contact page].
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you’d like to make changes to your order soon after placing it, please contact via email at scorpiomercuryhtx@gmail.com and I'll assist you. If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, I do not offer international shipping, but I am actively working on expanding to serve customers worldwide in the future.

Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?
At this time, all sales are final due to the handmade nature of the jewelry and the care and time required to craft each piece. I encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns before making a purchase, and I am happy to assist in ensuring you find the perfect piece.
